Tami, what a wonderful book. I finished it in one day - unable to put it down. I commend you for what you have done, especially through your words in this book. I too, am a believer in "pennies" from heaven (as I call it). A medium once told me when I found a penny, it was my grandmother letting me know she was with me. I now have quite a collection of pennies that I have saved and will always cherish. Thank you for writing this book. You and your mother did an extraordinary job. You are an inspiration to me. I love the song and play it while driving in my car. It's is amazing and beautiful. What can I say, except, stay well and know that you have touched my heart. Patricia

Truly inspirational! You, Tami, are an example of the inner strength that we all possess, but few recognize. It takes courage and probably 50 other adjectives that describe who you are, what you and your family endured and who each of you have become. Be proud of your children and of yourself. Most importantly, stay happy, you deserve that and more!

Tami, congratulations on your book, it is a remarkable and powerful story. You are quite and inspiration to many, especially to my mom and me. I was able to identify with your life's journey. Your life with Danny and your family was all too similar to the way I grew up. I was reading from the point of view as your daughter and you were my mom. For Christmas I gave my mom a copy of "Pennies From An Angel" along with a beautiful white candle with an Angel on it. Of all the gifts I gave her this was her favorite! I overheard her on the phone raving about the beautiful gifts she received from her daughter, not once did she mention the brand new winter jacket or the soft cashmere scarf or the new stylish loafers. She was happy and proud to have received Tami's book. Within two days my mom had finished the book (surprising for someone who never reads). When she finished she called me and said "Tell me the truth, I want to know the truth!" From the tone of her voice I thought what could I have done?? I said "What mom, what do you want to know?" She said in a serious voice "Did you leave a penny facing heads up between the kitchen and the living room?" I replied "No" with a sigh of relief.

My mom had her first "spiritual awakening" that everything was going to be ok. About an hour later she called again this time she called to tell me she has an Angel and she knew who it was. I listened and while listening I felt a warm sensation go through my body. It was a sense of relief. I agreed that the person, who she thought was her angel, really was. Not only was my mom gaining a sense of strength, but surprisingly she willingly agreed to attend an Al-Anon meeting. At the meeting my mom raised her hand and said "I wasn't going to share, but my daughter gave me the strength to do so". She shared, sounded great and even felt better. At the end of the meeting I found my mom interacting with the other women and exchanging numbers. To me this was the best Christmas gift she could have ever given to me. Without the love and support of women like you Tami, this may not have been possible. Thank you for sharing your experience, strength and hope with us. Thank you for helping me and my family. I BELIEVE!!!!
